I was not informed the dentist wouldn't be present for my children's cleaning to perform an exam. I already had to take off of work to get them to their appointment, and I now have to take off an additional day to bring my child back for an exam. They also could not speak to their policy as to why my child that is under the age of 6 can't be seen in the evening.
Kid friendly, everyone greets you with a smile. The receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentists explain everything in a clear and concise manner. Staff is respectful and welcoming.
They were great with my kids! Quick and easy appointment.
