Avoid this place at all costs. I brought my three-year-old for an exam and their first real cleaning. When scheduling, the receptionist mentioned that they typically separate children from parents for any procedures. I immediately said I wasn’t comfortable with that at my child’s age and asked if we should cancel the appointment. I was reassured that the policy wasn’t strict and wouldn’t be pushed. I had a very disappointing first experience with this office. I initially had difficulty getting help scheduling an appointment and asked to speak with someone else. The second receptionist was helpful and explained that referrals can take time to be faxed, and we were able to schedule. However, I was later told I would no longer be provided service because I asked for another receptionist. Refusing care over a simple request for assistance felt unprofessional and concerning. My kids love going to this Dentist, they always have such a fun positive experience. Everybody there is super friendly and they are so quick with their treatments and explaining it to the kids in a non-scary way unlike other dentists we have been to which have caused anxiety. I definitely recommend this place to others. I like that the kids go back alone too so that I am not in the way and they can quickly get the job done while I get 30 minutes of free time to myself (added bonus!) My son had his first cleaning and surprisingly he liked it. He was very happy at the end of the visit. The Staff are the best, they are very friendly and kind. My son feels very comfortable in every visit. Also, he loves playground area.

My daughter had her first dental appointment here and was immediately excited to see a playground in the waiting room! Everyone we worked with was so kind and patient. We didn't feel rushed and they took their time letting my daughter explore the tools they'd use. I felt they shared a lot of really great resources and I was happy to hear there is always someone on call in case of an emergency. Overall it was a great experience and my daughter walked out to the car saying, "I like my dentist!"
