My son had his first cleaning and surprisingly he liked it. He was very happy at the end of the visit. The Staff are the best, they are very friendly and kind. My son feels very comfortable in every visit. Also, he loves playground area.
Had an amazing experience with all the staff here. My son is autistic and they were so great with him and walked him through everything they were doing! He did great and even said he wants to go back there. Thank you for a great experience
We had the most amazing experience at First Impressions today! My 9 year old son was extremely anxious about the dentist. He also has fears with instruments in or near his mouth. We have had unsuccessful appointments at other dentists. When we got to his appt today he was in full tears, shaking and begging to leave. After spending time with Dr Kendall and Nichole he agreed to walk back and check things out. I (Mom) hung back and the rest is history! The practices observed at this practice are suspicious and not transparent. They do not allow the parent to go back with their own child. It is a policy that contradicts what they mention on the phone when setting up appointments. This means the child is left out of view of the parents, and parents do not have a way to see if everything is ok with their child. My daughter had her first dental appointment here and was immediately excited to see a playground in the waiting room! Everyone we worked with was so kind and patient. We didn't feel rushed and they took their time letting my daughter explore the tools they'd use. I felt they shared a lot of really great resources and I was happy to hear there is always someone on call in case of an emergency. Overall it was a great experience and my daughter walked out to the car saying, "I like my dentist!"
