What an incredible first experience for our special needs son. Lexi and Dr. Shaw knocked it out of the park. We were taken back for a brief consult where I was able to explain our son's needs, how to interact with him and what to expect from him. Lexi was attentive to me and explained everything she'd be doing. She assured me that if she needed my help after taking our son back by himself (I was a ball of nerves thinking about him going back without me, he's 5), she would be sure to come get me. We arrived early and they got us set up with signing in and updating medical history etc. The dental hygienist came to get him a couple minutes later and explained what they had planned for the day, asked about fluoride and was very okay with me declining. He was back in less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with an appointment time that works for us in November. Great experience!

This was the first time bringing our kids (4 and 2 years old). We had an excellent experience right from the start. We highly recommend bringing your kids especially little ones. All the staff was so kind and are made to working with children. Thank you first impressions for taking great care of our kids. They have been playing dentist since having there cleaning and exam done! 🦷🪥😀

Avoid at all costs! They claim to be a pediatric dentistry that wants to teach children independence and self-confidence, while establishing a relationship between patient and provider. Tell me what other medical professionals use this practice with minors? I'm not bringing my child to you to have you teach them anything, clean and care for their teeth. You can establish a real relationship between patient and provider by listening to the parent and allowing the parent/guardian to be present during all steps of care. Mark S... read more

Not great the assistant tried telling the mom not to bring her to the apt and only dad should when they know nothing about our child background or anything. Not happy with this at all. Mom has taken the child to every apt and. Child has done great and for them to say this was uncalled for. All because dad wants it this way.
