Stylist replaced my very expensive bellami extensions with an off brand, was over charged, owner incredibly rude and would not stand behind her promise to offer a relaxing high quality service. paid three times what i paid to have the work corrected within a week. filed complaint with BBB .If you expect any type of customer service go elsewhere ! they will tip themselves on your card and block you anyways. April literally destroyed my hair and made me look like an ugly clown right before my birthday. First, I asked for 1/2 inch cut only and she cut 3-5 inches off and even more around my face like almost curtain bangs, plus it is very uneven and she left huge strands long in random places. Then, for the worst part she bleached my hair wayyyy to much to a light yellow with uneven chunky pieces. It completely washes me out and would not look good on anyone. April is not only a great hair stylist, but also a wonderful person to talk to. She is friendly, understanding and always tries to work out appointment changes.I have been going to April 3 years plus.
April is amazing, and gave me the cutest shag haircut of my life, and the Princess Peach color of my dreams! Love the vibes here, she is really experienced and will go out of her way to educate you to make sure you’re happy with the result. Pics are natural color with a fresh cut, and then final color!
April was quick to reply to schedule my haircut. She does a great job every time!
