Thank You Dr Terry Trezek! & your staff of wonderful ladies! I was nervous & apprehensive @ first, but as a retired commercial artist in printing (where thing have to be perfect in order to print) you came through exceptionally! My new teeth are perfect! Highly recommend this Dr. And Thank You for putting up with my fears.
Told we owed nothing on the day of visit, as we have insurance. Then 6 months later we get a bill. We were there for simple exam, and xrays, as first time patients. $241 per person after the insurance portion is insane. Noone told us that insurance wouldn't be covering the visit. There is absolutely no way I would have consented to service if this was told to me up front.
They tell you you don't owe anything and then 2 years later won't see you until you pay your large bill. They will not let you come in if you are sick and then charge you $25 dollars because they refuse to see you. I have been going there for years but will be looking for a new dentist. I would not recommend them.
The flagrant disregard for my comfort and well being as a patient was astounding. I came into the office in a tremendous amount of pain with a tooth abscess. They extracted the infected tooth and told me they were sending a prescription for pain medication to my pharmacy. I waited at the pharmacy until the pain became too much and returned to their office (because they don't answer their phones) to tell them the pharmacy had not received the prescription.
