They tell you you don't owe anything and then 2 years later won't see you until you pay your large bill. They will not let you come in if you are sick and then charge you $25 dollars because they refuse to see you. I have been going there for years but will be looking for a new dentist. I would not recommend them.
The flagrant disregard for my comfort and well being as a patient was astounding. I came into the office in a tremendous amount of pain with a tooth abscess. They extracted the infected tooth and told me they were sending a prescription for pain medication to my pharmacy. I waited at the pharmacy until the pain became too much and returned to their office (because they don't answer their phones) to tell them the pharmacy had not received the prescription. Dr.Trezek& Dr.Tapia Are Excellent Dentists Dr.Tapia,Is Very Patient & Takes Her Time On How Your Dentures Fit.Amanda At The Front Desk Was Great! She Helped Me Fill Out My Medication List &Making Sure That My Information Was Saved For Their Records.Their Staff Is Friendly.I Don't Like That There's A Limit To Adjustments That You're Allowed To Have Done At No Extra Charge Especially On Your New Dentures To Get Them To Fit Your Mouth Right!
