i took my 6 year old daughter to get her hair cut there and it was terrible she wanted it shoulder length and the girl buthchered her hair i had to take her to another salon and they was in shock at how bad this girl had cut her hair they thought my daughter had cut it her hair herself. i will never let first impressions do any more haircuts for us the woman who fixed my daughters hair said the woman who cut it like needs her license taken away. never let andrea do your hair you will regret it

I live on the northwest side of town and drive to the southeast to get my eyebrows and hair done because of the staff at frist impressions! Everyone is very freindly and treat you like you have been going there for years! They will squeeze me in last minute if need be (which is usually the case!) I love it there!
