Called for an emergency extraction of a tooth that was killing me. The doctor answered the emergency line and said he could get me in on Monday at 1. Even though I was in pain I made it till Monday. I arrived at 1235 to do the new patient paperwork so I would be good to go at 1. 120 rolls around and no one has called me back and I hear the receptionist talking saying she forgot to put me in after I gave her everything she needed. Thank you thank you thank you to First Impressions & all the staff! My son (5 years old) had his first check up a few months ago & his first fillings today. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. He was so nervous today to get the “bugs in his teeth cleaned out” but they went above & beyond to make him feel comfortable from start to finish. We left with no tears & a prize for the brave boy! I will definitely recommend to all my mom friends for their kiddos!
