Impressive From simple registration forms to glossy flyers, banners to golf outing signs, First Impressions has always gone that extra mile to provide me with the WOW product that I need. Their work is professional, they are efficient and have my product done when they tell me it will be. The staff are always pleasant, responsive and very helpful in making suggestions to improve my outcomes. I get a sample of the finish product before approving and this alleviates mistakes. WORST SERVICE - STAFF HAS HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! I do not like to write bad reviews but this place deserves the worst one. I went here to get business cards and they said they could get them to me quickly. Great! Well, when I went in to order them the man at the counter drew a box on a sheet of paper and asked what I wanted my card to say. I asked if they had some graphics to look at for my card.
