Unprofessional and Rude Behavior "I had a very disappointing experience at this nail bar. The manager was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. To make things worse, at the end of my visit, she and an employee laughed at me, which was humiliating and unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in as a walk-in and spoke with the manager at the front desk, asking if they had time for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow service, and a kids’ manicure for my 3-year-old. She assured me they did and sent me on my way to start. While I was getting my nails done, I reminded them about my daughter’s manicure, and again, the manager said, “Yes, yes, don’t worry.” After finishing my nails, she told me to wait in the waiting room. Absolutely the most rudest unfair nail salon I have ever heard of. My daughter went 5 days ago for a new set. Starting lifting 2 days later ans now 2, almost 3 are off!!! I called to hope they would right their wrong and she is going to tell me they don't guarantee their work?!!! SAY WHAT!!! No nails should be lifting or falling off (not broken off or banged off) that soon unless your work is that bad. Acrylic was way too thin, rush job. Terrible work and even more Terrible customer service. Never again.
