Unprofessional and Rude Behavior "I had a very disappointing experience at this nail bar. The manager was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. To make things worse, at the end of my visit, she and an employee laughed at me, which was humiliating and unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in as a walk-in and spoke with the manager at the front desk, asking if they had time for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow service, and a kids’ manicure for my 3-year-old. She assured me they did and sent me on my way to start. While I was getting my nails done, I reminded them about my daughter’s manicure, and again, the manager said, “Yes, yes, don’t worry.” After finishing my nails, she told me to wait in the waiting room.
