Tiffany at First Impressions is Excellent! I am so happy with my hair after going to Tiffany at First Impressions. She did highlights, lowlights and a cut on my hair and did an outstanding job. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and she knows what she is doing. I have had my hair colored and highlighted for many years now and it is really hard to find a stylist that gives this type of quality in their work. A good First Impression! I would DEFINATELY recommend First Impression. The Girls were all so nice and professional, and eager to serve me. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. My Stylist really listened to what I wanted, and I was more than satisfied with the finished product. The price wasnt to steep either, I must say, I had a good "First Impression" and I will be visiting them again soon!

No! They messed up my hair completely!!! All I wanted was extensions, but this "service" is messed up! They fell off like a week later!!!! DOnt go here!

My visit to this salon, a horribleFirst impression......pun intended The stylist (if you want to call her that) ruined my hair. The coloring was completely wrong. After many failed attempts, and a loss of more than an hour of my time, I gave in, and gave up, and left the First impression Salon, with a horrible eternal impression. Avoid this place like the plague.

Scammed They scammed me! I had hair extensions here and they fell out within a month taking alot of my hair with them! They had told me that the extensions would not damage my hair and would stay in for at least 4-5 months! I called the owner to complain and she said that they did not give refunds. I paid $700 for this so called "service"! I am wearing a wig now until my hair grows back! I would not recommend this place to anyone that is looking for hair extensions or looking for an honest business.

Best in Bristol! I've been going to First Impressions for years, and have had several services done without any issues. I reccommend this place to anyone who mentions needing anything done at a salon. Keegan is awesome and the only person I fully trust to do mine and my daughters hair, she is always very flexible and easy to work with.
