I moved on the other side of town, and needed a dentist closer to my house. I took my son to this dental office, as soon as I pulled in it looked sketchy. The tint was peeled of the windows, it looked real ify. I decided to give it a chance anyway. As soon as I stepped inside it smelled like a daycare, like dirty diapers. Their waiting area is disgusting, they obviously schedule way to many appts, For the tiny area they have you sit in for way too long, cleanliness and comfort is not their top priority! Took my two boys today. Staff was nice and helpful. The dentist took the time to talk to me about each of my son's issues. Boys were happy mom was too!!!
The waiting room is dirty, stains on the chairs. The staffs are very unprofessional. I wait there for 30 mins and no one tell me what's going on. I asked and she called and said can't find my file, and that's 30 mins after my suppose appointment.
