We recently underwent an extensive home remodeling project with Juan Carlos of First Image Construction. We had a great experience and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Juan Carlos communicated well and was always available by text or phone. He used reliable subcontractors for our project and would come by frequently to supervise and review their work. We have recommended Juan Carlos of First Image Construction to our friends and family as we are confident they will be pleased with his work.
First Image Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the quality of work really shows. The crew was professional, respectful of the property, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Pricing was fair for the level of craftsmanship delivered. I appreciate a company that does what they say they’re going to do, and that’s exactly what I experienced. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again for future projects.
Came on recommendation from a neighbor regarding a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Now I could not recommend enough. Highly professional, courteous, communicative, and timely. Quotes are very reasonable for the high quality work, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is to satisfaction. "I can't say enough good things about First Image, we had our primary bathroom remodeled, and the experience was stress-free. The project manager kept us updated daily, so we always knew what step was next. Any unexpected issues (like finding old wiring) were handled quickly and at a fair cost. They truly care about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.
I had the pleasure of being almost run off the road by someone driving your truck today, he then proceeded to drive dangerously and tailgate me (this was going north on the 41 by Riverstone). Not a great way to represent your company!!!! If your driving is anything to go by I would encourage people to avoid this company.
