So thankful for the staff and doctors in Adult 4. Was very worried at first having never been through the process and reading some of these reviews, but they did so much for my little sister. She went from bawling and begging to come home the first day to leaving with so many positive and reassuring stories about how the process and experience at First Hospital has helped her. I can't choose no stars, but I would because if you call this a therapeutic environment, I worry for the quality of your judgement and you have no business being in here unless you are a violent adolescent or a criminal. For depression you will suffer greatly here...my daughter was food poisoned, threatened, and the only thing we came away with is where NOT TO GO FOR HELP!!! Run the opposite way of this place, your adolescent will only find a good drug dealer here, not help.

Ruddest staff. Lacks overall care and compassion. My husband signed himself in to this so called hospital, they refused to release him or let him leave. Even after his dr said he was released to come get him. Drive two hours to pick him up and the nurse on duty said she didn't have any paperwork on his release and she couldn't let him leave until the dr came back in which would be several hours later.
