I have been with first horizon home care since 2019 and I do not have any regrets. As a working father of 3 I needed a reliable home care agency to care for my elderly mother. I am glad I have chosen first horizon home care. The staff are professional, always on time, and go the extra mile to provide care. The owner is very hands on and answer any questions you may have. During the covid-19 first horizon home care offered virtue visits to check in with my mom to ensure she was receiving the proper care.
My experience with first horizon has been excellent. Nikki has made my transition from 1 company to another a smooth 1. She is gr8 on details and will definitely try to help u as much as possible. Very professional and dedicated to helping and finding help for her clients. I'd recommend her 10 out of 10 times.. #savingtheworld1smileatatime
