My mom made a withdrawal on her account. Teller withdrew the money from someone else's account. My mom realized it and went back the next day to get corrected. The teller and manger were rude to us! They said they are short handed and really busy. The teller also made another mistake when trying to correct my mom's. Keep a close check on you account.

I went to deposit money in the ATM out front. It kept telling me my card was in wrong (it wasnt) So I tried to grab it out and it wouldn't release. It then accepted my card and then prompted me to insert my card again and did not give it back. To say I'm angry is an understatement.
