Didn't bother to truly help me. Went in to cancel a credit card, however she immediately said I had to call a number, and the number they gave me was a elderly Medicare AD for life alert. That's not how you conduct business and give a customer a fake number. However..... I do reccemend the branch thats downtown columbia, they were extremely helpful and professional and they helped me immediately and got the job done.

My mom made a withdrawal on her account. Teller withdrew the money from someone else's account. My mom realized it and went back the next day to get corrected. The teller and manger were rude to us! They said they are short handed and really busy. The teller also made another mistake when trying to correct my mom's. Keep a close check on you account.
