This bank is as big as a SCAM as regions bank. I was given a check from one of their customers and yet they still charge $8 to cash the check I would recommend anyone that banks here to find a new bank that is more trustworthy, clearly this bank is not for its customers but for its own shareholders
Didn't bother to truly help me. Went in to cancel a credit card, however she immediately said I had to call a number, and the number they gave me was a elderly Medicare AD for life alert. That's not how you conduct business and give a customer a fake number. However..... I do reccemend the branch thats downtown columbia, they were extremely helpful and professional and they helped me immediately and got the job done.
Always helpful with all of my questions.
