Horrible experience with website.. Gray boxes to enter information are confusing. Website does not work with all browsers. Outdated information on website; no one used personal checks anymore to find routing number. Routing number is hard to find; had to do an Internet search. Change password process is a nightmare.
Everyone is so friendly and they know their customer's by name. Great bank and staff
Never had an issue. The customer service is great, the people are always nice and courteous. The online banking is super easy to use. What more could you want?
