Fantastic Home Inspector! Malcolm was not only able to thoroughly comb through every detail of the house, but he knows a ton about PGH! He can tell you the history of why/how certain parts of the house were built and their context to the area at the time. Can't recommend enough!
I really enjoyed meeting Malcolm and accompanying him as he thoroughly inspected the house we'd made and offer on. Not only did he note every issue, large and small, he explained how various items functioned, pointed out fixes, detailed how some of the problems commonly arise, and did so with clarity and clear expertise. I recently had the pleasure of meeting both Malcolm and his coworker Clyde for a property inspection. I was under the impression that I would be silently chasing around a home inspector as he wrote several notes on a clipboard, almost as if I was a nuisance.
