First I would like to say Blanche was so sweet professional and very knowledgeable on all the questions my client and I had when we were visited by her to fill out new onboard paperwork. Her personality was very comforting and made the client feel welcomed. It was a pleasure meeting her and all the extra information that was given to better help my client was appreciated.
