Unresponsive and unprofessional.
Terrible “Mean Girl” approach by the two office Managers Shannon Vera and Breanna Flanagan toward my husband when he tried to have a face to face conversation with them. They told him to leave, pushed him out of the door of the office and told him that they did not have to speak with him. We are residents of Key Heights community for the last 16 years and this is how we are being treated. We pay our lot rent for a year upfront. Some management company! Reached to them by phone and after a long list of people I didn't know, option for operator becomes available; leave a voicemail!!! Tried to report an issue at Orchard Mall and never received a call back. HOW UN-PROFESSIONAL
