As a new resident at the plaza, I'm a little bias. So far it is a very quiet existence here and I Love it! I can't wait to experience all seasons in this historic lovely location! The building is beautiful! And the staff are for the most part, very welcominging and helpful!
Totally agree. We deliver to customer with great service, as if part of a team. The customer has no idea that some concierges refuse to help, or as with this extreme witch, brutal verbally harass, even though they are part of service industry themselves. I think its horrid unfair that some of us have to wear/absorb the bad ratings of places like this, while Uber knowing all about customer service, wont ban this place and their concierge from placing further orders on the app. If the management of this place allows their empl... read more
