Parking lot is awful and requires a fee to park. I was rushing and didn’t realize the fee was required prior to parking. I was in the office for 10 minutes and walked out to a 75 dollar ticket. I called and let them know I was planning on paying as I walked out and they told me “there’s nothing they can do”. I will not be coming back
Small parking lot by main entrance with a few disabled parking spots plus a parking garage. I understand a fee to park in the garage; everywhere nowadays charges a fee but here you’re also charged a fee for parking in their lot. A better use of this parking lot would be to designate half the space for disabled parking and the other half for cabs, caregivers, and anyone else that is providing transportation for patients and will be waiting in the vehicle. Be ready to wait forever. Parking is awful. Bus stop next to the parking lot has people screaming, throwing things and acting wild. Take all day and bring someone to watch your car.
Small medical building without emergency entrance. Swedish Hospital nearby and Harborview Emergency also.Eastern Pharmacy inside is nice and has prescription desk. A coffee bar with sandwiches and snacks and coffee cakes if you get there early. A refrigerated section for cold drinks. They have milk and whipping cream but it's not for sale! They should put it behind counter instead of in the coolers so we'll know it's only for the coffee sales....
