My father was very specific in stating that there were certain individuals were not at settlement and he disregarded his request. My father was also primarily for showing his condo and did not feel that the agent, John Kidwell was as helpful and supportive as an agent should be working on commission. At settlement he was not a particiapting member of what should have been a team and on my fathers side. The process of either buying or selling a home is a very important event and the agent did not seem to treat it as such.
Knowledgeable, experienced agents. List and buy with them, you will not be disappointed!
