All the ladies in the office are very friendly easy to deal with.
Customer Service is A-1. I truly enjoyed the "One Big Happy Family" feeling that I receive while being a new customer. So stop by, meet the staff and I promise they will do everything they can to help you in your time of need. -Dee
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Deborah is unprofessional, unresponsive, and condescending. We were supposed to close in November and still have not closed in January. We have met every single obligation they have asked for, and they continue to ask for things and blame you for not closing in time! They are completely unorganized and will ask you to provide the SAME documents OVER AND OVER. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! We are both veterans with a VA loan, and they have shown very little respect.
