Un-professional, can be extraordinary long wait times with no apparent reason. Girl at receptionist desk looking at her personal phone while doing her job. No gloves for nurse to perform an injection. Documented wrong arm. Wore no ID badge or credentials.
Had to wait 2 hours before the doctor called in a prescription .I made five calls trying to have the doctor call it in.Regrestration desk placed me on hold three times for ten minutes each and never picked up the phone to answer my question.Totally inconsiderate and non caring but his new Jag was parked in back.Who ever is responsible for allowing this to happen is an idiot.Never go there
This is the worst place to go for medical care! Rude and completely incompetent. Spare yourself the waste of time, gas and aggravation!
I'd give it zero stars. If you can avoid this doctor like a plague! Extremely rude and unprofessional. They set an appointment last week for her to see him and yet he never came into the office. Secretaries didn't even bother notifying her. The second visit he refused service despite having already an appointment and asked her to find another doctor. Reason being, he refused to refer her to a shoulder specialist. How is "Dr." Tommy Luieville still licensed?
Terrible patient care. Doctor incredibly rude, doesn't listen, bad attitude. Doctor acts like he doesn't want to help anyone in pain.
