I will never come to this place again i had to wait over an hr and a half ,the doctors so damn rude was in there 5 min and then made me wait longer for my papers to leave
First of all the place is run down, you walk in and the girl at the front counter was busy on her phone and clueless on what her job was. The doctor Dr. Louisville was useless, unprofessional, rude and has NO bed side manner what so ever. The nurse that took me back kept grabbing his penis in front of me while taking my blood pressure! Disgusting place. I turned them into the medical board and health department too!!
I had the flu with a temperature of 103. They would not see me since it was so close to closing! I went to emergency room....will not go back.
The doctor Tommy Livingston doesn't really listen to the patients i hurt my hand and all he did was send my for xrays never touched my hand even on last visit just took my word that it was ok. Never had me try and make fist never asked if there was any issues etc.. Went to him before with a damaged rotator cuff and he literally pull my arm all the way back and said you have range of motion so you are good to go. (Come to find out i have bursitis and a slight tear of rotator.)
