The doctors are good, but the reception is very rude and misbehaving. If you can't hear something or don't understand it, they get very angry and yell at you when you ask twice. I hate the reception.
Extremely rude receptionist I will not be returning to this place again. Firstly, I asked her to pass something on to the doctor because it was completed the wrong way and she was annoyed saying "You will need to book another appointment". And since I saw the doctor 5 times in the past two weeks I didn't think I would need to again to fix a simple mistake that was made on her end. I have been seeing Dr Keyvan for nearly two years and find him extremely thorough, caring, efficient and knowledgeable.
professional GP work here . I recommend Dr Maryam Ghasemi and Dr Keyvan Fallah . They speak English and Persian ( Farsi) . Both With knowledge and professionalism. Also I appreciate the all receptions .
