This is not First Health Spine and Body. It is now a weight loss clinic. If you are over-eating, it may work for you. I was calorie deficient and it didn’t work for me. I did better once I went off their diet of 4 oz meat and 4 oz veggie 2x a day. I added protein in morning. Their drops are only thing I changed in my protocol, and I have illegal substances in blood.
