Everything about my visit was excellent. My appointment started on time. The hygienist explained what she was doing, was very gentle yet extremely thorough. My teeth have never been so clean! And Dr. Jackson always provides a final check. Jackson Family Dentistry is outstanding!
I had my first regular checkup from Dr. Jackson, and it was a pleasant experience, as always. My prior dentist (Dr. Wascher) always made me feel important and listened to me, and it is the same now with Dr. Jackson. As the dental hygienist, his assistant Kim was efficient and prompt with her work.
I was blessed to be able to get a free cleaning from The Jackson family and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The young lady is very professional and has a steady hand ✋️ 👏 It was one of the best jobs I ever had done at the dentist they are very clean nice and friendly the whole staff from front desk ladies to the people performing the work. The client care was Excellent! Dr. Jackson explained the needs while presenting visuals. Dental Hygienist Donna was awesome! She is very thorough and explained what she was going to do each step of the exam and cleaning with X-rays of “9full mouth”.
Jackson Family Dental’s Veterans Day event was an amazing experience. I have never, ever had the type of “this is my new dentist”, “I can’t wait to come back to the dentist” experience before! A warm welcome upon my entrance, a very personable dental assistant who took care of me from start to finish and did at least 10 X-rays of my mouth without hurting me. (X-rays always hurt me). I always leave my appointments impressed. Stephanie delivered a fantastic cleaning and great conversation. Dr, Jackson was his usual knowledgeable and thorough self. They clearly love working together and it shows! The two of them really click and combine professionalism with laugh out loud humor. I can’t believe how fun my appointment was. I love this office!
