i've been here for over 25 years Dr. Jeff knew my fears from day one and was all over it! I have since calmed down and will not see any other dentist because he acknowledged my fear and knew how scared I was. I really appreciate that to this day! Oh and I'm not afraid anymore. :) Kim is my preferred hygienist, simply the best! LOVE HER! Great office with friendly staff!

Dr. Eric Jackson is extraordinary professional who evaluates my mouth and carefully explains to me all options for my best dental results. Dr. Jackson and his dental staff work together like a fine watch. I love coming to Dr. Jackson's office because I know I am getting the best care available.
All who work here are very nice and professional. No troubles. I don't have dental insurance they don't force a procedure on me . They can make suggestions in my best interest.

What can I say. I’ve have been going to Dr. Jeff for about 30 years. He and his staff are talented professionals and I have been extremely and consistently happy with their services during that time. In fact, Dr. Jeff has has set a very high bar. If I ever move, I will be coming back to Downers Grove for my dental health care.
My morning started poorly as I missed my alarm and ended up almost 20 minutes late for my 7:30 appointment. Cory made a great rebound and my teeth were cleaned and Dr. Jeff inspected and I was on my way at 8:30. Thanks for the always great service. Hope I didn’t disrupt your day.
