This HOA has absolutely no standards. A third of the yards aren't cut, fences are caving in, and garbage is thrown all over the place. Why pay an HOA? For what? Garbage collection and grass cutting? This HOA should be ashamed of themselves. It could be a very nice community, but there are no standards. NONE. I take pride in my yard. This association is POORLY RUN!! They are a disgrace and a huge waste of money. I will say the groundskeepers do the best they can with no support from the organization. Take some of the stolen money and give them a raise
I am so satisfied our work vechile was towed over the weekend the HOA communicated with us to resolve this . the tow company is not allowed to tow without notice 24 hours prior. I appreciate all they did for us. I'll definitely be looking into getting a refund through this towing company. thank you Harford square for being such a pleasure to work with
1star It's going on 9am and still no plow. watched neighbors slip and slide almost hitting my car. The plow should have been out at 5am.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a bulk trash pickup. Every time I call I am told somebody will pick it up 'today' or 'tomorrow'. But 4 times now I have had neighbors tell me that they have come by and took pictures. Its hust bags of drywall I replaced. Why pay HOA if it doesnt provide services.
The parking area has not been plowed and people are mad. I would like to know when they plan on getting the work done. O by the way they still charge you fees but don't deliver. I'm going to tell everyone I know and don't know about this one, shame on you.
