I highly recommend Rebecca's chiropractic services. The practice is very clean and Rebecca is great. I was looking for alternative methods for managing my back pain and Rebecca complimented the work I had previously done with a Physio to provide me with about 3 weeks of relief. Very happy with the results and support she provided.

Hands down the best service provided when it comes to injuries or niggles. I have left every appointment feeling better and in less pain thanks to Bec. She has such a vast knowledge and can pin point the issue every time. First Hand Health is not one of those services that wants to take all your money. They care about educating the patient and providing them with the necessary exercises to improve their overall health and wellbeing so you can become self efficient rather than reliant on treatment. Highly recommend this place. My body was a wreck with neck, back and leg pains building up over the years but just after 2 visits so far, feeling like I am getting my body back. Daniel is super friendly and explains the cause of the pain and his part in correcting the issue as well as changes that I need to make in my lifestyle to avoid the issue coming back.
