The best Hair Salon in Ottawa I've ever been to. Henry knows exactly what is good for my hair type and face structure. I was so happy with the final results. Will always go back to him!

This was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The person cutting my hair didn’t listen to a single thing I was saying. Just very disappointed, how could you be that bad at cutting hair when owning your own salon.

I regret having to write this review after being a loyal client at Henry's First Hair Salon for several years. I had a 9:30 AM appointment (opening time) with Henry, the owner, who was aware that I had another commitment shortly afterward. Unfortunately, Henry did not show up for the appointment and hadn't informed his staff of his absence. When I inquired about Henry's whereabouts, his coworker was unhelpful and dismissive. I tried Yesterday. Everything is good except my hair now. I think he doesn't understand the young styles. Also,he is too quick, doesn't spend enough time on you. For young people who are trying for first time here, highly not recommended, for us money is not important than our hair so don't go.
