went in to go from a brunette to a blonde..... after spending 4 hours at the salon i walked out with brown hair and green tone ash blonde highlights which is totally what i nNOT wanted! nobody notice the difference at home everyone said its like i didnt even went to a salon smh i spent 200 dollars for nothing. the hairdresser said it was because my hair was damaged already well i guess u should have told me u couldnt do it and i would have taken my business else where. very disappointed! dnt waist time and money
