The owner is a slum lord. They mistake people being late when they are not, because the owner just comes in and takes checks without telling his staff. Making staff think you didn’t pay. If you’re a day late on rent they are leaving eviction notices on your door. I work out of town a lot and was late 4 times out of 12 months due to my work schedule.
