I have been working with Tim and Alyssa since September 2025 and eventually got the two new windows installed by Anthony, Jason and Alex today. Amazing people and excellent service, they are not only doing a great job providing window service but also taking good care of customers. They treated me with respect and patience, came to install the windows on Saturday. I am very impressed by the way they do business with customers. Strongly recommend!
We had an outside door and a garden door replaced. The service was excellent from start to finish. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Anthony and George did a wonderful job with the installation. They were very pleasant and were very knowledgable. Work was perfect and cleanup excellent. I recently had a First Glass window and door out to replace all of the windows in my home, and overall I’m very pleased with the experience. The team was extremely professional from start to finish. First Glass installed 20 casement windows for me, some with very large picture windows in the center, and also a new patio sliding glass door and a new front door. 5 guys came over and completed the job within 7 hours! Unbelievable work and they cleaned up super well. We got black softlite windows and they look amazing! Very modern.
