I don't know why your crew thought it was ok to play music that every other word was offensive. I never should have had to tell them to change it. It shows a lack of respect for your clients. The work is a bit questionable when instead of cutting off a piece of wood that is rotted thru, the best decision is to build on top of it. Your lead guy measured once & had to cut 2 or 3 times. What a great crew we had from First Glass! They were very professional, respectful, hardworking and efficient. Start to finish everything was so smooth; from the original assessment and quote to installation. Prices were fair. My windows and sliding glass door look beautiful!
First Glass installed a couple big 3 panel slider windows for me over a year ago and they did a great job at a great price. If you need window installs this is the right company to use. Not surprising to me they have 5.0 stars on 126 reviews. I never leave reviews, but ive been getting quotes on a roofing project and it reminded my how many of these contractors send out salespeople and try to talk your ear off and pressure you into signing an agreement, the window contractors were just as bad. Tim is an industry expert, many years experience with installation and now sales. Honest and consistent with pricing from his estimate late last year to early this year. Same pricing. His crew knocked out a 17 window installation job in about 6 hours with coordination and precision. Referred to family and friends and would highly recommend.
