This Memorial Day weekend Anthony and his coworker came to our home to replace a sliding glass door & window. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I will highly recommend First Glass to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
Very impressed. No nonsense. Great prices and process. Very accommodating. Order was placed, schedule set. No payment due till completion. Installers were fantastic. Tim the owner and his office manager Alyssa was great as well. Could not be more happy with the results.
If I could I would give a you a zero. Mr Quinn you or your staff never stated that you would replace our doors. In fact, you refused to replace the doors. One example out of many was you sent Anthony to our home, who refused to listen to our concerns regarding the bowing of the track. He refused to look at the bowed track or any of our concerns You sent an employee who was the father of the person who installed the door. Anthony was loud belligerent and uncooperative and called the homeowner a LIAR.
The instillation was not to manufactures recommendations. They forced the patio door into existing frame and now the track is bowed. The door and pet screen does not open or close properly. The Owner Has consistently ignored our concerns and dismissed the fact that we have an instillation warranty and a 10 year warranty on the door…
I cannot express how grateful I am to Tim, Alyssa, and the installation team. We had been looking for 2 doors and a storm door to replace our almost 30 yr old construction grade doors. We decided Provia line was best for what we wanted and could not be more satisfied on the choice. They are a little more expensive but with the added cost.
