The instillation was not to manufactures recommendations. They forced the patio door into existing frame and now the track is bowed. The door and pet screen does not open or close properly. I shopped 5 different window companies for my house and first glass was best price and they did a great job installing my 11 windows and sliding door. Crew was detailed and professional. Highly recommend this company for windows and doors
First Glass put in 4 windows in my condo. The order arrived early, and First Glass scheduled installation soon after that. They explained to my sister, who was present during the installation, why problems may have developed with the ones they were removing. The windows open easily and will be easy to clean.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. The crew that came to my home today was phenomenal. They installed 11 new windows/ originals were In since the 90s & in prep for siding soon. They not only were very respectful, but let me crash the party by asking a million questions because I was just thoroughly impressed with their work and their expertise. I love when a company can truly stand behind great service- I can’t wait to work with them again.
So I had my window installed today by them and they did it in half the estimated time and did a wonderful job. All three who worked on it was very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend due to their professionalism and work ethic. Hello! Back again in 2025 with another update. They did such a great job the first time I turned into a repeat customer and got 5 more, prices can’t be beat!
