Dawn is the best coach She gives detailed instructions for each exercise. She and Anthony accommodate and tailor the exercises if you have an injury as well. Both she and Anthony are wonderful. I have been part of the GenFit group for several years and class is fun and I love being with others that cheer me on. It feels like family, everyone truly cares for one another. 1000% recommend FGFIT
