I would like to comment on the great work that First General Services of the CSRA did for me. At one time I had carpenters, electricians, and plubers working to fix problems and it all coordinated perfectly. All the workers were professional and took the time and made the effort to get things perfect. The company worked around our schedules and had no problems rearranging things to fit our needs.
Your teams of workers are wonderful! They were a delight to be around. They went above and beyond to help me [with the restoration water damage] and were so kind and helpful with Wayne who had just been discharged from the hospital. We fell in love with Phil.

The two gentlemen both named Mike, who worked on the [restoration water damage], were courteous, friendly and helpful. They moved my bedroom furniture back where I directed and were very careful not to scratch anything. They are good workers.
You have a great group of men working for you. Everyone that came in was very nice and courteous. They did a fantastic job on the [water damage restoration] and I would recommend your company to anyone. I am very, very satisfied with the job.
