First General and it's staff were awesome in how they helped us out through a difficult time with water in our basement. The staff were all super friendly, helpful, professional and responsive to any questions etc. We are very happy with the end result. I'd definitely recommend them and am very appreciative for their help.
My basement flooded in April as many did and First General was the contractor my insurance company provided. They were there the day after the flood and pulled everything out. Some delay and I ended up pulling some flooring myself. The rest of the process took 7+ months with very poor communication. At times I felt I was doing their job, calling constantly to check to see what I needed to do or coordinate things like flooring in stallion. Marco and his team did an amazing job of completing my nightmare of water damage from my roof last winter. His team was professional, polite and made every effort to ensure we were happy. Marco worked so hard on our behalf to get our roof replaced, and the interior of our home back to normal. Thank you again!
