No integrity. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Broke our tv during the restoration process and are refusing to cover it. 100% would not recommend. The crew came in and did their job. After the job was done we plugged our tv back in and found that it had clearly been hit by some kind of object. The tv was fine prior to the restoration process. The emergency services initially were very good. The project manager was encouraging and validating of all the work we were putting in. The workers were excellent, very kind and upfront about everything. But then, when it came time for billing and accountability, everything went downhill. They tried to bill us for things we personally handled (for which ended up being over $1400 of our bill) and for things that were never used.
