My experience with First General was excellent. It's so rare to have a contractor that communicates as efficiently and is so customer service focused. Dan was patient, always pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommended.
they left our house dusty and dirty and there's new damage to our property from when they were working in our home, we were finally able to move back in and everything looks horrible, we're not even happy to be home because of the mess they left for us to clean.
Awful service done. Threw all of mine and roommates belongings into boxes, not sorted, damaged items, didn’t care one bit. Can’t believe I can’t give one star, just awful
Big thanks to Bruce and Patrick who helped me out today. My neighbour was getting her basement remediated by First General due to a sewage backup. I also had a sewer backup that my landlord didn't clean up right away. Bruce offered to let me use his disinfectant to help mitigate the smell and germs while I wait on landlords to act. So yeah, just wanted to show my appreciation to them for offering a hand during such a busy time for them. Thank you.
