The emergency services initially were very good. The project manager was encouraging and validating of all the work we were putting in. The workers were excellent, very kind and upfront about everything. But then, when it came time for billing and accountability, everything went downhill. They tried to bill us for things we personally handled (for which ended up being over $1400 of our bill) and for things that were never used.
