Our house unfortunately, flooded due to our dishwasher breaking and flooding our kitchen down into our basement. Kyle Johnson was our project manager, and was exceptional every step of the way, regardless of how many phone calls I had to make to him. near the end of the emergency cleanup portion he brought in Andrew To help finish the drying and cleanup portion. Both men were exceptionally kind and patient and did a wonderful job would highly recommend them. -Kat Driedger

My experience with First General was excellent. It's so rare to have a contractor that communicates as efficiently and is so customer service focused. Dan was patient, always pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommended.

they left our house dusty and dirty and there's new damage to our property from when they were working in our home, we were finally able to move back in and everything looks horrible, we're not even happy to be home because of the mess they left for us to clean.
