Extremely happy with everyone associated with First General. They made dealing with a flood, at my mother’s condo, much more manageable. Everyone we worked with Will, Noor and Mahmoud were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Communication was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things! I would highly recommend. First General took all of the stress away from our basement flood. Each time we planned to meet, the crews showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Noor was an absolute pleasure to work with. He organized and troubleshooted our project to ensure the process went smoothly. We’re happy with the work and we would definitely call First General again!
