After a major sewage backup, I had no idea what to expect, it was my first insurance claim. Hosain, the owner of First General, took the time to walk me through the process and answer my questions. He was honest and straightforward, and I never felt misled, pressured, or taken advantage of during a stressful situation. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I’m really happy with the outcome. Thank you, Hosain and the team!
