They were all very professional and willing to do whatever they could to help during a crisis. They were very responsive and quick to react.
We had water damage in our cottage and had to First General as advised by the TD insurance. At first we were skeptical, but after we met with the project manager Noor and had our walk thru of the damages and the work need to be done, it turned out that him and his team did a really good work. They cleaned up the damaged area and had actually work on time to complete the job. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with First General recently has to be spoken about. Within minutes of speaking to my insurance rep I got a call from Ross. He came out to my house immediately to inspect my flooded basement. The entire process from submitting my claim to the renovations being completed was as smooth as I could have hoped for.
