Waiting for hours at a time because they seem to triple book is so frustrating. Be sure keep your own records so it well documented. Tests have been lost and not documented. Why make an appointment if you always have to wait for an average of an hour. 🙄

I didn’t feel like I was rushed, to get me in and out! They took the time to talk to me and the most important part they listened!

You expect us to get there on time and we can't get seen on time I've waited an hour to be seen and there was only 2 people there.
