Absolutely, horrible experience with this bank since day one. Especially with the representative named mercedes. My father has an account with the spank and ever since I walked in there, she has treated me like a criminal. Second guessing everything that I state , speaking to me in a condescending way , and always going an extra step to make things difficult. I can totally understand somebody doing their job and following protocol, but she goes out of her way to add additional hurdles to any transaction we make or handle .An... read more

My experience with Mercedes here at this branch was uncomfortable and unnecessarily drawn out. I rather have double the fees taken out elsewhere before I return to this branch.
