As a Mortgage company, we have to be on top of everything during the transactions, and when the communication is excellent with the Title Company, it makes all the difference in the world. Loved working with them and specially with Renee and Lindsy...they did an amazing job. Can't go wrong with this title company, highly recommended.

If you have a pick of who you have take care of everything even after closing this is the place to be! Lindsey is amazing and even after closing I have been able to reach her for anything I have a question about even if it's nothing to do with the title company she will definitely try her best to get you results/answers.

I worked with Lindsey Ripley on a closing recently. She has been extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and went and above beyond in working with the builder in making sure I am getting both the best rate and coverage. I highly recommend First Florida title and Lindsey .
