Every time I physically enter this office, I am always impressed. This CU has the nicest staff, and they are always so informative and helpful! I've always had problems calling the phone number for the office - the people who man the phones don't work in this office, and aren't super knowledgeable or helpful in my experience. But the people who actually work in this location are excelent!
We have several CD's and we had a rental account for years. We closed the rental account because we no longer have rental property. We moved our Addition Financial account to First Florida because we didn't like Addition. Well opening an account with First Florida was NOT a pleasant experience. I've tried opening my online banking account. Information says: NO RECORD OF THIS ACCOUNT. I hate even used my Debit Card that I didn't get for 2 weeks!
Great staff that takes time to personalize every member experience. Would recommend again and again!
