We are new to the area so my husband stopped in & had a full tuneup on my bike, very friendly & knowledgeable.
Went in for a safety check on my grand-daughter's bike...... Asked for Wes who I had spoke to earlier on the phone. This young man was so nice, polite, checked out the bike.... Noticed a screw missing and replaced it.....even offered to help me to the car and load up. Highly recommend referring them to others. Made a great impression.......😊
Really like this place. After not biking in a very long time. They helped get me on a good bike that didn’t break my bank and actually fit me. At 6’9” that alone was an experience at every other bike shop I stopped by. I actually was able to demo a bike on some trails and not just be told that they would need to order something. Wes knows his stuff
My sister and I came in with questions about bicycles and gear and McLean assisted us . She was very knowledgeable professional and helpful! The shop has a wide range of top brands at reasonable prices! Thanks
They saved the day for my little boy who is learning to ride his bike. Purchased training wheels for his bicycle after wasting money on previous pair that was crap from Wal-Mart! Will definitely return for all my cycling needs!
Amazing place! I would have thought they only catered to serious cyclists, I mean look at this place. Mclean saw us “browsing” the bikes on the sidewalk and came out to help. I told her we were just looking and haven’t ridden a bike in 50 years, was sure we were not their customer type. Can’t begin to tell you the great experience we had except that we left with 2 bikes and a carrier for the van. Just bought a Schwinn for some low impact riding at First Flight and are totally pleased with this product. Such a great experience during the 'buy' Wes and McLean rock!
There's not another bike shop around that even comes close to the levels of selection and service First Flight has been providing for nearly thirty years.
