Edit: I bought the bike. Amazing service, beyond friendly. They aren't just trying to make a sale here. Haven't purchased from FF Bicycles...yet. Dropped in to check out their road bikes today on a whim. Very friendly employees and owner. While I might not buy the red bike....I will be making a purchase from here in the future. Excellent customer service all around and a very friendly group of people. Loved seeing the beer on tap. Only missing cake from the shop it seems!

I’m have bought two bikes for myself, two for my son, a bike rack, multiple bike accessories and my bestie just bought a bike as well. To say I ❤️ First Flight is an understatement!! Wes and the crew are super dope - very responsive, treat you well weather your are spending $5 or $5k, and make your shopping experience very enjoyable. And they have beer?! How else could you go wrong! My triathlon buddies are slowly making their way up 77 because First Flights is just that good!
Great staff, Wes took the time size the bike for my son, let him test a couple of bikes & teach him how to ride a bike with gears. They were so helpful, I went back and bought a new bike for myself the same day.
Been a long distance fan for 25 years. Thanks. Traded my Viscount Aerospace GP for a full set of Vista lights. Viscount went on display for some period of time, and the Vistalights kept me on the trails for a few years.

I took bikes in to be serviced today and got them back the same. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable
I want to take a second to thank First Flight for helping me find a bike within my budget. I was worried they would try to talk me into an "entry level" new bike, but after stating that I wanted an inexpensive used bike if possible... that's what I walked out with, as well as confidence that someone who knows bikes (maybe too much about them) had went over this old beaut!
