GET AN ATM INSTALLED for God’s sake. The web says you have one, but you have nothing. I had to go to that sketchy bank across the street and pay $5.00 to take money out. Stupid. Parking is limited - I parked on McMillan Ave This is a small branch, but the employees are patient and kind - pleasure to deal with. I drive to Hyde Park if I need to use an ATM, as the fees have gone up so dramatically. Also, “courteous cash” is a bad idea. Parking is limited - I parked on McMillan. This is a small branch, but the employees are patient and kind - pleasure to deal with. There is NO ATM here however. I drive to Hyde Park if I need to use an ATM.
I searched Google for the closest First Financial Bank ATM near me and this location popped up. When I arrived, there was no ATM. My daughter was out sick from daycare so it was inconvenient to go inside and complete my transaction. Allen said that Google was not up to date but also didn't know who updates it. I don't think this location ever had an ATM because it's fairly new. Anywho, I made my deposit and went about my day.
