Tried to withdraw money though the drive thru to withdraw money to purchase a car. The after submitting id and withdraw slip another woman came I. The intercom never stated her name and said I could only withdraw with debit card and that she couldn’t process the transaction. I called my home bank and spoke to my banker who stated that that was incorrect and he would call and speak to the woman.
