This is the second time they have shorted money when I went to the drive-through on Broadway this time I’m $2000 short in my checking account Something needs to be done and corrected
Husband (works for the City) had a drive up tender, by the name of Bethany, refuse to cash a paycheck because "that is not something we do here." When we have had an account with them for over 16 yrs. And we could have gotten it cashed at Walmart. Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. Finally cashed it with them after a half hour of arguing and showing the paystub and more. "We don't cash paychecks here even if you have an account." Ridiculous. Very unprofessional and rude. They allow their tellers to yell across the room at customers, whisper to other customers about the situation at hand, and cuss at customers. We canceled all of our accounts, and I would recommend not using them. We are very happy with our new bank; where we are respected and taken care of. My only regret other than using them to begin with, was not leaving sooner!
Discriminatory practices wouldn’t allow me access to my funds and called the police on me when I wanted to close my accounts after nasty teller Intruded into my business about my personal home matters of my EFTs
