Charging $38 for an overdraft fee is too excessive and completely ridiculous. Crooks! I can see charging customers it once but to continue charging it multiple times when it was the reason for the account to overdraft is bs! Need recommendations for a new bank!!!!
Crap.
I would give 0 stars if I could due to the horribly rude loan manager, awful customer support, and the fact I’ve been charged twice for a loan that’s already been paid off with no refund yet. The car value estimates they use for loans are insultingly low. This is the last place I would go for any kind of financing.
