I was extremely disappointed with my experience at First Fidelity Bank. I went in with a well-prepared business plan and an eagerness to discuss a loan to grow my company. Unfortunately, they wouldn't even take the time to meet with me or hear my proposal. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. As a business owner, I expected at least a fair opportunity to present my case, but I left feeling dismissed and undervalued. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone looking for support with their business ventures.

This is the way a bank is suppose to be. They work with you and your business. Yes they are small but you are not just a number. Each account is opened by them personally and everything is laid out. Most of their customers they know on first name basis. If you are just looking for an account and don't care about working with real people, maybe it is not for you. Was cashing one of their own checks and Charged me $5 because I don't have account with them. Check cashing places charge less. No Bueno.
